How I process your personal data when you use this site and the contact forms.

Below you will find information on who the data controller is, for what purpose and on what legal basis I process your data, and what rights you have.
Data controller

What data I process and why
When you use the contact form, I process the data you provide: name, phone number, optionally an e-mail address, and the content of your message. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and contact you back.
When you leave a review through the rating form, I process the content of the review and any contact details you provide. Private reviews go directly to me and are not published.
Legal basis
I process the data based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) given when you submit the form, and for the purpose arising from the controller's legitimate interest, namely handling your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data recipients
Form data is passed to the form-handling tool (Flowtellect, using n8n automation) and to the e-mail provider, solely to deliver your message to me.
I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
I keep the data for the time needed to handle the enquiry and for the period required by law or until you withdraw consent. TODO-CLIENT: specify retention periods.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer the data, and object. You can withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Cookies and browser storage
The site stores only your language preference in browser storage (localStorage) to remember your PL or EN choice. It does not use marketing or tracking cookies. TODO-CLIENT: update if analytics tools are added.
