Rules for using the Skin Alchemy studio services and booking visits.

These terms set out the rules for booking, carrying out and cancelling visits at the Skin Alchemy cosmetology studio.
General provisions
Services are provided by Skin Alchemy Anna Pawlik, ul. Goralska 19/3, 80-292 Gdansk, NIP: TODO-CLIENT.
Skin Alchemy is a cosmetology studio. The services are cosmetological and skincare in nature and do not constitute medical services or medical advice.
Booking visits
Visits are arranged by prior appointment: online via Booksy or by phone at +48 509 323 618.
Making a booking means accepting these terms.
Cancellations and rescheduling
A visit can be rescheduled or cancelled in advance. TODO-CLIENT: define the minimum notice for cancellation (e.g. 24 h) and any consequences of a late or missed visit.
Payments
Current service prices are available in the pricing list on the site and on Booksy. TODO-CLIENT: specify accepted payment methods (cash, card, transfer) and deposit rules, if any.
The visit and contraindications
Before a treatment, a consultation and an interview about the skin condition and possible contraindications are carried out. The client is required to provide accurate information.
In justified cases, the studio may refuse to perform a treatment or propose a modification for the safety and wellbeing of the client.

Any remarks about the services can be reported in person, by phone or by e-mail to skin.alchemygd@gmail.com. TODO-CLIENT: specify the procedure and time for handling complaints.
Final provisions
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by generally applicable law. TODO-CLIENT: legal review of the whole document.
